The Cluster Lombardo of Green Chemistry LGCA in collaboration with the Consorzio Italbiotec organized a event dedicated to the LIFE program and the regional policies on research, development and innovation.
The meeting moderated by Daniele Colombo, President of the Cluster has opened with an illustration of the objectives pursued by the Association on the subject of implementation of the "Smart Specialization Strategy" of regional level - S3; then followed the intervention of Diego Bosco, member of the Executive Council, who outlined the funding opportunities promoted by the Lombardy Region in the field of Green and Sustainable Chemistry.
On the subject of EU measures, Ilaria Re, coordinator of LIFE BIOREST project explained the purpose and results expected from the project. Took part in the meeting Edoardo Puglisi, a researcher of the Microbiology Institute of the Catholic University, responsible for testing activities in the field, in particular the in situ bioremediation and subsequent revegetation of the LIFE BIOREST area polluted.
